2012年公司聚焦污水治理，正式进入市政污水治理领域。

2015年公司取得环保工程专业承包贰级资质。 业务领域延伸到农村污水治理，研发出“一种高效农村污水集中处理装置及工艺”等核心技术。

2016年9月完成股份制改造，公司变更为：江苏启创环境科技股份有限公司。

2017年公司取得环保工程专业承包壹级资质。 同年12月份在新三板挂牌，股票代码872515。

2018年公司进行了首轮新三板融资，引入国资股东贵州智汇节能、珠海银信。 业务领城延伸到流城治理，研发出“一种污水磁加载澄清工艺及其系统”等核心技术。

2019年1月取得建筑机电安装工程专业承包贰级资质

2020年5月取得市政工程总承包叁级资质。 6月公司进入新三板创新层。 12月引入中车旗下基金——山东财金新动能、无锡金投旗下——无锡金程创投。

2021年3月取得建筑机电安装工程专业承包壹级资质。 4月取得环境工程水污染防治设计乙级资质。 11月引入无锡国联集团旗下——无锡乡村振兴基金。 公司研发出“基于复合纳米吸附剂的污水深度处理一体化装备”等核心技术，获得发明专利10余项。 同年公司研发大楼落成。

2022年成功通过“江苏省专精特新中小企业”认定。 污水深度处理脱氮除磷技术荣获 “2022年产学研合作创新成果优秀奖”。 公司明确使命：守护绿水青山，共建宜居生态；确定战略定位：打造国内领先的污水深度处理高端装备制造商和整体解决方案提供商。

2023年获批“2023年省级工程技术研究中心”。 被认定为“2023年省级企业技术中心”。 荣获“江苏省绿色工厂”
